Mini Elf 2k Fun Run
New this year, mini elves can join in the fun too with a shorter fun run before the main event that is still packed full of all the jingling fun.
A Free National Trust pass for every participant*
This year, Mind is partnering with the National Trust. If you take part in a local Mental Elf event or volunteer, you’ll receive a free family access pass to National Trust sites! It’s our way of thanking you for supporting mental health and reminding you to look after your wellbeing this winter.
*We have a limited number of passes available on a first come, first served basis
Whether you’re in a school or just want to get your office involved in a good cause, why not host your own Mental Elf event!
You can dress up like an elf, host a cake sale, have a silent disco, or even make your own Christmas cards. The possibilities are endless, and all funds go back to supporting Conwy Mind.

Mental Health in our communities is in crisis, and Conwy has some of the highest rates of mental health emergencies in Wales. Your support helps fund vital support calls, counselling and social groups to help people live well and stay connected.
Don’t be fooled by the word run – you’re welcome to walk, jog, or skip your way around the course, making it perfect for all ages and abilities. We’ll start on the athletics track at Stadiwm Eirias, before heading past the tennis centre and out onto the beautiful Colwyn Bay Promenade. Our cheerful elves will travel west along the prom, turn around opposite The Toad, and make their way back to a festive finish on the Stadiwm CSM track.
This is our biggest Christmas fundraising event – and every pound raised helps Conwy Mind support local mental health. We’d love for as many participants as possible to get sponsored, and there’ll be special prizes for our top fundraisers (details coming soon!).
Every participant will receive a medal and a goody bag as a thank-you for taking part – so pull on your elf hat, gather your friends and family, and join us for a festive 5K full of fun, fresh air, and Christmas cheer!
