What is Anxiety Management?

Anxiety Management is a free seven-week course to help you better understand your feelings, build resilience and develop coping strategies to support with day to day stresses.

The programme takes a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach, looking at how emotions, thoughts and behaviours are linked and how changing unhelpful thoughts or behaviours can impact on your feelings.

The group is a welcoming, safe space where you can learn from others and gain reassurance and encouragement along your wellbeing journey.
