What is a Mental Health MOT?

Just like you’d have a routine check-up with your dentist or take your car for a service, a Mental Health MOT is a free one-to-one wellbeing check-in. The MOT will provide you a space to talk about how you’ve been feeling and anything that’s on your mind. You’ll leave with ideas for support and signposting to tools and resources.
