What are worrying thoughts? Where do they come from and why do we experience them? Worrying is a natural part of life. We all do it. If we find ourselves worrying for a longer period of time, it can lead to anxiety, stress and low mood. This course will help you to unravel worry and look at strategies to help you feel more able to cope and manage thoughts, beliefs, and actions.
