Move 43 Minutes for Conwy Mind in May
Can you spare 43 minutes to support life changing mental health support this May?
Are you up for the challenge?
With 43 people in North Wales seeking mental health support every day, demand for our services is higher than ever.
This May, we are calling on 10 local groups – businesses, sports clubs, fitness squads or even a group of your mates to lead the way for mental health in our communities.
The goal is simple: Move for 43 minutes.
Whether you run, swim, dance, or walk, your movement fuels life-saving support right here in Conwy.
Will Your Team Move for Conwy?
Why we need fundraisers
With the increasing demand, we need funds to help keep our core services active – supporting young people in schools, offering support calls and other local peer support services to those struggling in our communities.
The Meaning Behind the Minutes
We’re aiming for 43 minutes of movement to represent the growing need for our services – but every minute you move counts.
In Wales, 6 men take their own lives every single week.
During your challenge, we ask you to move for 6 minutes specifically for them – honouring those lost and raising funds to ensure no one else has to face this alone.
Together we can stop the crisis before it starts.
We are looking for teams brave enough to set a £2,000 fundraising target. Every penny raised is guaranteed to stay local, supporting Conwy Mind’s vital services and changing lives on our doorstep.
What You Get By Taking Part
- A digital fundraising pack filled with social media templates and posters.
- Entry into the Conwy Mind Strava Club to track your team’s miles and minutes.
- Exclusive merch rewards for teams hitting their fundraising milestones.
