We will meet at Conwy Station at 10am where a minibus will take us up to Pensychnant Conservation Centre and we will walk across the nature reserve until 2pm.
Whilst this is intended to be a welcoming space for women the experience of the menopause and everything it comes with, it is also a place for sharing stories, offering support, and finding solidarity in the journey. We aim to foster a community where everyone feels heard, understood, and empowered.
Feel free to share your thoughts or ask any questions, but there’s no requirement or pressure to speak. Just enjoy the information at your own pace!
