We’re SO excited to launch our first ever Mental Elf 5km event!
Mental Elf is a 5k Family Fun Run that Conwy Mind will be bringing to you this Christmas! It will be all about having lots of festive fun whilst raising funds so we can support those who are struggling with their mental health.
Mental Elf will take place on Sunday 26th November at midday at Stadiwm CSM in Colwyn Bay, the route will take you around the track, down to the promenade and back up to the track for our festive finish!
You can choose to walk or run our 5km route! As well as the fun run you can also enjoy live entertainment prior to the run from the incredible North Wales Rock Choir! The event is open to all abilities and ages, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Discounts are available for family and group/corporate teams.
Thanks to our headline sponsor Jennings Building & Civil Engineering all the money raised at Mental Elf will go direct to Conwy Mind! Meaning every ticket bought and every donation you raise will go straight back to help those affected by mental health in your local community.

“We want to start introducing our own annual Conwy Mind fundraising events to not only raise funds but also build a strong community and really interact with our supporters. However, fundraising events like this have big event costs so having support from local businesses like Jennings is vital to make these events become a reality! We are so grateful to the team at Jennings for wanting to support Mental Elf and helping us ensure we can make our first year a huge success!

The Location
Mental Elf will start at finish at Stadiwm CSM, Abergele Road in Colwyn Bay. The stadium is equipped with a large car park that you’re able to use as well as toilets and shower facilities. The start will begin along the race track before heading down through Eirias Park onto the promenade at Porth Eirias, from here you will run to The Toad before turning around and heading back to the finish at the track.
Once you’ve registered you will get further information on parking, public transport and where to go on the day.
