You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
We believe everyone deserves the right tools to navigate life’s ups and downs without facing long waitlists.
We’re here to help for those moments when you’re not quite feeling yourself and need a bit of extra support.
How it works
Knowing how to support yourself through a tough time can be a lot to handle all at once, that’s why you’ll be paired with one of our friendly trained practitioners who will be here to guide you the whole way. They’ll take you through things step by step, check in with how you’re doing and make sure the tools and tips are right for you.
It all starts with a chat...
We’ll start with a relaxed session to talk about what’s on your mind to figure out together if this programme is the right fit and choose a path that actually helps for where you’re at right now.
Weekly Check-ins
After your first chat, your practitioner will call you once a week to see how you’re doing. There’s no pressure, your journey to living well is at your own pace. These check ins are just friendly support when you need it and to help you along the way.
Building your resilience toolkit
As well as your weekly check ins, we’ll send you workbooks and guides (via post or email) packed with tips and exercises you can actually use in real life.
