Attending a session is just the beginning. You’ll be part of a wider movement of people who are taking small (and sometimes big) steps to keep mental health on the agenda in their communities.

Changemakers take action in ways that feel natural to them. You don’t need to fundraise thousands or start a campaign – even small acts can create big ripple effects.
To help inspire action, we’ve co-created six Changemaker Types with people who have lived experience of mental health challenges and stigma.
