Yoga for Inner Resilience

A nourishing series of gentle Hatha and Yin-inspired yoga classes designed to help you

manage stress, release tension, and reconnect with your inner calm.

What to expect:

  • Beginner friendly, gentle physical postures
  • Breath awareness and mindfulness
  • Nervous system regulation
  • A deep sense of relaxation and calm

All equipment is provided – just bring yourself (and your mat if you prefer your own)

Only £7 a session.
