A nourishing series of gentle Hatha and Yin-inspired yoga classes designed to help you
manage stress, release tension, and reconnect with your inner calm.
What to expect:
- Beginner friendly, gentle physical postures
- Breath awareness and mindfulness
- Nervous system regulation
- A deep sense of relaxation and calm
All equipment is provided – just bring yourself (and your mat if you prefer your own)
Only £7 a session.
