A nourishing series of gentle yoga classes designed to help you manage stress, release tension, and reconnect with your inner calm.
Through a calming blend of breathwork, mindful movement, and deep relaxation, you’ll soothe your nervous system, build emotional resilience, and foster a sense of grounded wellbeing.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, these restorative Hatha and Yin-inspired sessions offer a safe, welcoming space to slow down, soften, and strengthen — inside and out.

All equipment is provided – just bring yourself (and your mat if you prefer your own).

This gentle, restorative day is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself.
If you’ve been feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, stressed or simply swept up in the busyness of the festive season, this is your invitation to pause and refill your cup ready for the New Year ahead.
We’ll begin with a warm welcome drink beside the crackling log fire, before settling in and getting to know one another.
From there, we’ll move into an hour of nourishing Yoga and Breathwork focused on stress management—an opportunity to release tension and reset the nervous system.
Afterwards, enjoy a leisurely, mindful wander around the beautiful grounds. The forest and mountain backdrop of Pensychnant offers a naturally calming atmosphere, helping you to stay grounded and connected to nature.
We’ll close the day with hot drinks and delicious cakes by the fire.
