Conwy Mind offer an affordable counselling service for individuals aged 14+ looking to benefit from talking therapies.

Our paid for counselling service gives you a safe, confidential place to discuss your problems.  Our trained and qualified counsellors will encourage you to talk about what’s happening to help you to:

• explore your feelings and problems in more depth
• find out why you feel the way you do 
• work out what to do next and how you can improve things or accept what’s happening for you

Counselling services are offered at our office in Abergele and allow flexibility in accessing support quickly and over a period of time that suits you.

Cost: £40 per session

Free counselling can also be accessed through the Parabl Partnership.
