Welcome to Team Conwy Mind…

Thanks for being here, we couldn’t do this work without you!

Supporting your local mental health charity means you’re supporting friends, neighbours and the local community right here on your doorstep. With 1 in 3 people in Wales currently struggling, your support is more important than ever, and keeps our local services free and easy to access for everyone in Conwy. As an independent charity (affiliated with the National Mind Federation), we fund and run all our own services – so every penny raised stays local and directly helps our community.

Bethan

Income Generation Lead

What she does: I manage our dedicated fundraising team and work closely with the local community to develop and diversify income streams. My goal is to ensure we can continue delivering vital mental health services across the region.

Loves: Spending time outdoors with my young family, watching live music and sport, practising pilates, and I’m a sucker for a good coffee shop.

Avoids: I have a lifelong phobia of tomatoes – even walking past them in a shop is a challenge!

Fun fact: There’s a mountain in Greenland named after me – a unique honour thanks to my Dad’s involvement in an expedition there.
