About the speaker
Martin Roddis creates and delivers innovative training to help organisations build foundational skills when interacting with the bereaved. He created the Grief First Aid course for Cruse Bereavement Support, raising awareness of grief in the workplace, as well as developing the pilot for the peer-to-peer support service for those bereaved by suicide. Martin has extensive training experience in every sector, from volunteers to blue light services to the NHS to financial services to media.
