Fermentation workshop

This hands on workshop will introduce you to the basic principles of fermentation and food preservation through lacto-fermentation. Everyone will make their own jar of sauerkraut to take home, along with a recipe card and guidance on how to continue fermenting safely and confidently at home.
The session will cover:
- The science behind fermentation
- The benefits of fermented foods
- Salt ratios and food safety
- How to ferment seasonal vegetables
- Troubleshooting common issues
You will leave the workshop with your very own jar of Sauerkraut, a recipe card and fermentation guide and the confidence to try fermentation at home!
