Improve your mental health whilst raising vital funds for Conwy Mind!
This May we’re asking you to take on 31 mindful challenges, one challenge every day of the month! Once you register you’ll receive a calendar with 31 challenges for you to complete in May – from expressing gratitude to doing Mindful miles! You’ll learn new mindfulness techniques whilst also raising funds to help people struggling with their mental health.
There is no registration fee, just enjoy being more mindful whilst raising some money!

- Join our closed Mindful May Facebook group to support & encourage one another.
- Have fun and enjoy being more mindful!
