Involvement and Participation

You Said…We did!

As part of our annual evaluation, we asked people for feedback. They said:

You said you liked the flexibility of the telephone/digital counselling and were keen to see this continue. Choice of the delivery method of counselling was very important and something we will continue.

You said you wanted More Face-to-face services – we want to get back to offering face to face services, Covid restrictions permitting. We are working hard to establish our Community Hubs across Conwy and offer face to face groups such as Mums Matter, My Generation and Living life to the full.

You said you wanted us to Offer services for Younger People  – We have put this as a key priority to develop our services for younger people. We have secured funding to develop Active Monitoring for Young People, counselling, and Groups. This is a key area of development for us in 2021.

You said you wanted More Counselling Services and and a quicker response time – increased counselling offer, recruited two new counsellors and introduced student counsellors.
