Imagine walking 23 miles, ascending a total of 3064 meters, all in the space of 24 hours! Well, the team at Robertson Geo are about to do exactly that…

20 members of Robertson Geo will begin the challenge on Saturday 12th August at 5pm, starting with Ben Nevis in Scotland before taking on Scafell Pike and finishing with Snowdon, hopefully all before 5pm the next day!

The team decided to take on a fundraising challenge after sadly losing two colleagues in a very short space of time this year. Their fundraiser will be in memory of Ralph Whiteley and Joe Cox who are both sorely missed by all the team.

The generous team are not only fundraising for Conwy Mind but also another local charity; St David’s Hospice. All money raised will be split equally between both charities which is hugely appreciated!

There’s no denying that doing the Three Peaks will be physically challenging but on top of that, it will be very mentally challenging. They will have to remain positive, stay motivated and really encourage one another over the 24 hours. They’re aware of the tough journey ahead but they’re determined to do it, in order to raise funds for those who are sadly facing mental challenges every single day. With Robertsons Geo’s fundraising efforts we will be able to continue providing free support to people struggling with their mental health in Conwy County and ensure nobody faces a mental health problem alone.
