We were over the moon to receive the news that Clare’s Department store in Llandudno have chosen Conwy Mind to be their charity of the year!
Having businesses support Conwy Mind is a huge deal to us, but to have a business support us for one whole year is incredible! So, when store manager Claire rang up to tell us the amazing news, we were over the moon. Our Fundraising Officer, Nikki headed to the store to meet Claire and discuss some potential fundraisers for the next coming year!
It was clear to see how passionate Claire was about positive mental health and looking after her staff! When asked why the team chose to support Conwy Mind, Claire said..
“Clares of Llandudno are delighted to be supporting Conwy Mind as our chosen Charity of the Year. Positive mental health is so important and mental health issues can affect anybody at any age and at any time. Conwy Mind are such a valuable local resource and the store team have some great ideas to help raise funds – and awareness – over the coming year.”
Clare’s will be supporting Conwy Mind from June 2023 to June 2024, so if you’re in the area be sure to pop in!
The store is beautiful and has clothing ranges for both men and women, featuring all the best brands. They also have a home department for all your interior needs! But what makes this store so great is the lovely customer service you receive as soon as you step foot into the building, the team are welcoming and always on hand to help. We’re looking forward to working with all the staff at Clare’s over the next year to help raise vital funds for those struggling with mental health in our community.
