Walking For Wellbeing!

Join Conwy Mind for a walk focussing on the Five Ways to Wellbeing on 16th June 2022 in Betws y Coed. The walk is delivered in partnership with Carneddau Landscape Partnership and Conwy Valley Railway Partnership.

As we are walking and chatting, the walk leader will share tips on planning your own walks. We will also be talking about how you can use the Five Ways to Wellbeing in your daily life. These easy steps are simple and very effective. By attending the walk it is a chance to meet new friends and gain confidence.

The walk will take 3-4 hours. We will be walking 4-6 miles, with some of the route uphill and on rough tracks. Suitable walking shoes/boots and clothing is advised.
