Do One Thing to support mental health and wellbeing:
# practice your 5 Ways to Wellbeing
# Phone a friend you haven’t spoken to in a while and ask them how they are feeling
# Do a random act of kindness and change someone’s day for the better
# Email your MP and ask what they are doing to promote better mental health
Did you know – In 2020, one in six young people had a mental health issue (compared to one in ten in 2017? During the pandemic, one in four adults at any time had mental health needs, compared to one in five adults prior to the pandemic.
