My Generation is a free 8 week programme for people aged 50 years and over. Conwy Mind will be running courses at a number of community venues across Conwy County, including Llandudno, Craig y Don, Penmaenmawr, and Abergele. There will be Covid precautions and social distancing at the group sessions.
My Generation aims to improve wellbeing, build resilience and reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness.
