This year, Conwy Mind has been chosen to benefit from the Co-op Local Community Fund. At a time when funds for charitable organisations are becoming more difficult to access, we are incredibly grateful for this opportunity to make a real difference in Conwy County.
The Co-op Local Community Fund will support us to:
- 0ffer counselling sessions free of charge to younger people, focusing on those aged 14-25 years
- Fund our Family Support Worker who will work with all family members to support people with mental health issues and their carers
- Providing Mum’s Matter and other courses to support families
